

2027 NATIONAL RALLY

The Model T Ford Club of Australia Inc. is pleased to host the 16th National Model T Rally in Murray Bridge, South Australia, from Sunday, 10 October to Saturday, 16th October 2027.
The Club and its members invite all Model T Ford enthusiasts to meet for this significant event.

Rally Registration
Entrant numbers will be issued only after full payment of the entry fee has been received.
The Model T Ford Club of Australia Inc. (MTFCA) reserves the right to cap the number of entries that will be accepted and/or admitted to certain venues during the rally. In general terms, any such cap will be dictated by venue capacity. Once any cap is achieved, a waitlist will be established. -
Participants
Participants must follow all safety instructions and directions issued by the MTFCA throughout the rally. -
Compliance with South Australian Road Laws and Regulations
Drivers are required to adhere to all relevant road laws and regulations set out by South Australia Police and the Department for Infrastructure and Transport (DIT) SA for the duration of the rally. -
Responsibility for Passengers
Drivers are fully responsible for the conduct and safety of their passengers. All passengers must be appropriately restrained in accordance with South Australian Road Laws and Regulations. -
Vehicle Condition
All participating vehicles must be registered, roadworthy, and operated by a licensed driver. -
Mechanical Breakdowns and Accidents
Participants are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in suitable mechanical condition. The MTFCA accepts no responsibility for vehicle breakdowns, accidents, towing, or repair. The MTFCA may offer a vehicle retrieval service along official rally routes. -
Insurance
All vehicles entered must be covered by comprehensive or third-party property insurance for the duration of the rally. -
Trailer Parking
The MTFCA may offer an opportunity for participants to store their trailer in a location elsewhere to their place of accommodation. If storing a trailer in any such a location, participants agree that they do so at their own risk. Details of any trailer storage arrangements will be provided to participants at a later date. -
Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner. The MTFCA reserves the right to remove any participant from the rally without refund if they engage in offensive, disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behaviour. -
Disclaimer and Indemnity
By participating in the rally, entrants acknowledge and accept that the MTFCA, including its officers, members, sponsors, promoters, and volunteers, shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, death, or other claims arising from or in connection with the rally, regardless of cause. Participants agree to indemnify all of the above-mentioned parties against any such claims or liabilities arising from their participation in the rally. -
Rally Program Changes
The program is subject to change without prior notice. Participants will be notified of any changes through official communication channels and are expected to follow updated directions as provided. -
Force Majeure
The MTFCA shall not be held responsible for delay, alteration, or cancellation of the rally due to circumstances beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, or public health directives. -
Media Release
Participants consent to being photographed or filmed throughout the rally. The MTFCA reserves the right to use any images, video, or recordings for promotional, archival, or media purposes without further notice or compensation. -
Pets
Pets are not permitted indoors at rally venues, unless expressly approved in advance by the MTFCA or in the case of certified assistance animals. -
Environmental Responsibility
Participants are expected to treat all venues and public spaces with respect. Waste must be disposed of appropriately, and any damage caused to public or private property by a participant may result in liability for costs incurred. -
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations received before 31 July 2027 will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations received after 31 July 2027 will not be eligible for a refund unless under exceptional circumstances, as determined by the MTFCA.

In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to extreme weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions, the MTFCA reserve the right to retain a portion of the entry fees to cover non-recoverable expenses.
